Step 1: Blood is collected from the Patients in GFC tubes.

Step 2: Then the blood of patients taken in GFC tubes mixed that allowed to stand for 30 min to activate of platelet and release growth factors. Then after 30 minutes, there is the release of growth factors like PDGF, VEGF, EGF & IGF-1 from α-granules in platelets

Step 3: 3400 rpm Separation of GFC– Centrifugation is done for 10 minutes

Step 4: Collection of GFC- is completed by inverting the tube of above 6-8 ml is collected.

Step 5: Application– GFC collected is now ready and can be used in the desired area.
